Capacity rangeScales from single-train package units of a few hundred m³/day to multi-train industrial systems handling several thousand m³/day, sized to the client's flow and effluent strength.
Influent / effluent conditionsDesigned for high-TSS, high-COD industrial streams with variable pH, such as tannery effluent and turbine washwater; produces a clarified effluent suitable for biological polishing or direct discharge after heavy-metal and solids removal.
FootprintCoagulant-assisted settling shortens retention time versus a conventional clarifier, so the tankage is more compact for the same flow; a dedicated coagulation/flocculation chamber precedes the sedimentation tank.
Operating requirementsContinuous or metered dosing of coagulant and flocculant, periodic sludge withdrawal, and routine jar-testing to keep dosing matched to influent variability.
InstallationsSuited to industrial sites with variable, high-strength effluent, such as textile, tannery and turbine-washwater operations, as a pretreatment stage ahead of biological treatment or discharge.
