Polishing & ReuseWater Reuse
UF / RO / Recycling Trains
Ultrafiltration, nano-filtration and reverse osmosis packages that turn treated effluent into process-grade or potable water.
Deployed atSPL Karachi, HHRD Sindh
Feed typesBrackish & seawater
Process Diagram

Capacity rangeModular membrane trains scale from small polishing packages to large multi-stage recycling plants, sized to the volume of water targeted for reuse.
Influent / effluent conditionsTakes secondary-treated effluent, or brackish/saline feed, through ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis stages to produce process-grade or potable-quality permeate.
FootprintCompact, skid-mounted membrane trains; footprint is driven mainly by pretreatment and membrane skid count rather than civil tankage.
Operating requirementsPeriodic membrane cleaning (CIP), cartridge and pre-filter replacement, and ongoing monitoring of feed pressure and permeate quality; more technical operator involvement than gravity-based systems.
InstallationsWater-reuse projects and sites needing process-grade or potable water recovered from treated effluent or brackish/seawater feed.
